Born in Perth, Carl grew up in the Kingston area and attended Queen Elizabeth Collegiate Vocational Institute and Frontenac Secondary School before receiving his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Education at Queen's University.

Carl and his family have lived in Loyalist Township for over 30 years. He is involved in many community activities and, for the past 15 years, an elected official on Municipal Council. Carl is currently the Deputy Reeve which has given him a lot of insight about housing concerns in the region. Carl spent 30 years teaching elementary school in the area and fondly remembers opportunities to help young people achieve their goals, whether it was in the classroom or during a championship basketball game. Today Carl looks forward to helping these former students and other home seekers achieve their Real Estate goals.

Carl enjoys camping, canoeing and traveling in his spare time and has enjoyed traveling through Algonquin Park many times, leaving him with a true appreciation for quiet enjoyment of the open spaces. Carl recognizes that a home purchase for most buyers is the biggest transaction of their life and, just as he was there to coach his students through important challenges, he wants to provide prospective home buyers and sellers with his expert coaching. Carl can guide buyers and sellers through the processes step by step and ensure that they achieve their goals in the shortest time, for the best financial results and with the fewest hassles.
